Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell, or give the your information to any third-parties for their marketing usage, or for any reason other than storage of data (comments, ratings, shares, etc.) and anonymous analytics. Upon registering for a Skiplit Account, we collect the following information from you:

• If provided, First and Last Name to establish a personal connection with users
• If provided, Email address to communicate about Skiplit and your account, and to allow you to change your password
• A publicly visible, unique username to identify you on Skiplit
• A password to allow you to access our services
• A unique user identifier
• Information about your device and/or the network you are on
• Information about what you do on our services, such as which levels you play or share
• Analytics about how you use our services, such as how long you spend on Skiplit per week
• User feedback, comments, submissions, and any other interactions on Skiplit

When entering the Skiplit Community for the first time, you may be asked for your birthday to verify your age. Your birthday will never be uploaded to or displayed anywhere. It will stay on your device, invisible to everyone else, including all third-parties. Entering your birthday is completely optional, and you may use the Skiplit Community and continue to play Skiplit in its entirety without entering it.

As level names are chosen by users, we ask for your birthday to verify whether or not level names should be displayed to you before they are reviewed.

• We will use your information to improve your experience with Skiplit
• Other than for the reasons outlined in the "Third-Parties" section below, we will never give or sell your personal information to third parties for any reason other than anonymous analytics and storage of data (comments, ratings, shares, etc.)
• We will use collective, non-personal analytics such as how many levels have been created in total, or the relationship between user sign up date and number of levels created

• Your information is stored securely by Amazon Web Services
• Passwords are stored in a secure way, not in plaintext (passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with a high work factor and a unique per-user salt)

• We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required to do so by law (warrants, etc.)
• We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies without a warrant when we believe, in good faith, that the life of a person is in danger, or it could avert a disaster
• We use Appodeal to personalize your ad experience and only show ads that are relevant to you. By using Skiplit, you agree to Appodeal's privacy policy, available at https://www.appodeal.com/privacy-policy, as well.
• Other than for storage of information and anonymous analytics, any personal information that you choose to make private will not be visible to other users
• Your levels, comments, and any other submissions that you choose to make to our services will be viewable by other users
